Innovation Advisory Committee
The Innovation Advisory Committee, IAC, has been established as an advisory committee in 2018. The IAC gives advice to the DESY management on all matters related to the Innovation Strategy in an ongoing process, so that a constant evaluation is guaranteed.
The IAC consists of members from industry, science (with an economic focus) as well as from economic development agencies. Representatives from small and medium sized companies as well as global players are members of the IAC, which are able to give DESY a broad perspective on innovation topics within the industry.
The IAC members act on a pro bono basis and meet once or twice per year. The implementation of the innovation strategy can be timely adjusted based on recommendations by the IAC. The inaugural meeting took place on June 8th, 2018.
